U.S.A. ASTROLOGY FACTS
This is a non-denominational organization dedicated to teaching others how to interpret their own Astrological Birth Chart for the purpose of Self-Understanding, thereby using this wisdom to pursue their spiritual fulfillment and security, so they will be motivated to contribute to our world in a positive way.
There are twenty-three representations of zodiac symbols carved into the architecture throughout our own nation’s Capital, Washington D.C. Why?
Outside the National Academy of Sciences is a 21-foot bronze statue of Einstein, shown contemplating a star-spangled marble horoscope which is spread out at his feet. This is probably the largest marble horoscope in the world! Of all places, why is it located in Washington D.C. for the whole world to see?
Behind Einstein’s statue, in the National Academy of Sciences building, are 12 signs of the zodiac, which have been built into the structure of the metal doors. In the adjacent building –– The Federal Reserve Board Building —- are two other zodiacs engraved into the glass light fixtures.
There is a zodiac band on the bronze door entrance to the Library of Congress, a zodiac clock in its main rotunda, a zodiac in the southeast pavilion, and in the marble floor of The Great Hall.
These are just a few examples of the 23 astrological symbols in Washington D.C., the capital of the United States of America.
But, why? At least nine of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were Masons and some historical records suggest all but one were Masons. These included Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock and George Washington as the Grand Mason of the United States. Masons at that time believed in Astrology AND God. American culture was still primarily British, which means that astrology belonged to the fabric of colonial life. Our earliest settlers “planted by the signs” and tracked their illnesses through the “phases of the moon”. American ship captains consulted Astrologers before beginning their voyages.
Considering all this evidence, one would be inclined to assume that the official forming of our great country, on July 4th, 1776, at 5:10 pm might have been a divine timed event.
The original ancient Masons and the original ancient astrologers were all one organization, you will find that Masonic rituals are based upon astrology and astrological characters were originally designed by Masons. Traditionally, Masons hid their secret knowledge in numbers, symbols and architecture.

So, it is apparent that Astrology is as American as Apple Pie!
America would never have been discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1492 had it not been for the guidance of Arab astrologers—who were also mathematicians—in Baghdad in the 9th century A.D.
According to The Harris Poll, nearly 41 percent of adult Americans believe in astrology (The Harris Poll, #52 9/13/00).
Americans spend $100 million on astrology each year (Business 2.0, 3/1/99).
There are 6,000–8,000 professional astrology practitioners in the United States (based on membership to the National Council for Geocosmic Research, NCGR).
Executives and professionals are the fastest-growing group of believers, according to a study by USA Today.
A growing academic community of psychologists, statisticians, stock market analysts and professional astrologers effectively uses individually calculated astrological data for purposes beyond diversion.
Former White House Chief of Staff Donald Regan said: “It’s common knowledge that a large percentage of Wall Street brokers use astrology.”
A research group into the critical study of astrology has been set up at Southampton University. PhD students attached to the group are currently researching alcoholism’s link to Jupiter, the correlation between prostitutes and their date of birth and also the link between women’s infertility and correlations of Jupiter and Saturn.
Ever since William Henry Harrison died of pneumonia a month after taking office, presidents elected during the year of a Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Earth signs, have died in office, either by assassination or natural causes. All, except Ronald Reagan, who was shot but survived; Jupiter-Saturn conjunct was in an Air Sign.
After the American president, Ronald Reagan was shot, his wife Nancy employed an astrologer to forecast his future safety.

Have a safe and happy 4th of July!

As I was reading then skimming through the myriad of comments above, another reason came to mind. On a blog with many comments I often do not comment even though I may have something to say. I may be repeating something already said and often do not have the time to read all comments that have already been made.
