And, I’m not necessarily talking about women’s influence in the political ring nor the commerce sector—although those areas are very important for women to lead in. The majority of the population—males and females—won’t ever have a political role or a high position in a corporation in their lifetime. Most people lead ordinary lives, have a job rather than a career, and their main focus is on their immediate environment.
